This flexibility lets you quickly prepare vegetables, fruit, hard cheese, and more with the texture you want, so plates look appealing and prep stays efficient. On TM6, specific automatic modes are available for each cutting option, reducing guesswork and helping you achieve consistent outcomes.
Designed for ease of use, the Cutter handles a range of ingredients—from firm and soft vegetables to cold cuts—while marked indicators on the disc help you choose the correct side for each task.
