We’ll provide shipping instructions and a reference number. Pack safely; if you need guidance, we’ll help.

Professional repair & testing

Our technicians repair your device using original parts and run a full safety and performance check.

Return & extended repair warranty

We ship your Thermomix® back to you and your repair is covered by our extended warranty for peace of mind.
